Chase Trip 2008 -- Day 1. After a disappointing beginning to the chase day with a lot of uninteresting high-based "junk", a small supercell storm formed near Seldon which traveled south-southeast toward I-70. Vince Miller, my chase partner, and I traversed muddy roads southwest of Quinter, observing a nice rainbow as our storm continued on to the southeast in a fairly poor road network.
